CAMORIVER GUIDE SERVICE POLICY
Deposit is $150. and required to book a guide trip. In case of unfishable weather, trip can be rescheduled or deposit can be refunded, customer's choice. Otherwise deposit is unrefundable. Balance is paid with cash or credit card upon arrival on the day of the guide trip. Tips are welcomed! If using a credit card, there will be a 4% convenience added. NO CHECKS! Call the phone number below for exact meeting place. You will need to bring drinks, sun screen, and an ice chest to take your fish home. Make sure you have a valid Texas fishing licence.
Camoriver Guide Service may video tape customer's guided fishing trip, edited it into short action footage, and publish it to YouTube. If the customer desires a copy of the video, there will be a $50. charge, and they will be e-mailed or texted a link to YouTube. It is recommended that the customer save a copy of the video to a private format, because YouTube may delete the original link from Greg Fenn/Camoriver Guide Service over a period of time. Raw video footage will not be sold and will be destroyed when edited version is completed. All rights to videos belong solely to Camoriver Guide Service/Greg Fenn. Length and quality of YouTube video is entirely at the discretion of Camoriver Guide Service/Greg Fenn, however the usual lenght of a video is 4 to 8 minutes. Payment of guide trip indicates that customer understands that said videos may be used to promote Camoriver Guide Service/Greg Fenn on social media outlets such as website, Facebook, or YouTube.
All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children must be at least 6 years old to board boat. Ages 0-5 are not allowed on boat. Children 13 and under must wear life jacket at all times. Captain must be informed ahead of time of any guests that are handicapped or have severe disabilities.
